* $10 per month for each additional dog. Surcharge may apply for large yards.

Per week pricing is based on annualized average and billed monthly.

** One time visit for up to 1 hour of work. A charge of $10 for each additional dog as well as an additional charge will apply if more time is required.

 

Our First Visit to Your Home:
All new customers who sign up for weekly or twice weekly service will be charged an Initial Clean-up Fee. This is a one-time fee and is billed at $35.00 for the first half hour and $12.50 for every 15-minute increment after the initial 30 minutes. Most yards fall within a 30-minute time frame. This fee is compensation for the extra time involved in cleaning your yard for the first time of accumulated pet waste. Thereafter, the normal rates above apply.

Billing:
EZ Pet Service Customers are billed out on the 15th of each month, and are due by the 1st for the current month’s service.  You may pay by cash, check, money order or credit/debit card. People not on the debit/credit card automatic pay plan with us are subject to a $5.00 late fee if payment is not received by the 25th of the month billed.

If you want to set-up auto pay with a debit/credit card, just call the office and we will hold your information on file. All cards will be run on the 1st of the month and a notice will be e-mailed to you as notification that your card has been charged.

Winter Policy

EZ Pet Service will continue to service your yard throughout the winter months.  Doing so will keep your yard waste free and help create a healthier environment for you and your pet.  We monitor the weather closely and do our best to get to your yard before any major snow fall.  If there are any changes in schedules or cancellations due to inclement weather we will notify you via email.   Refunds will only be made if we are unable to service your yard for two consecutive weeks.  A refund of 25% of one week’s service will be applied to your account if this happens.
